Sick and Tired of It – Weigh In Week 3
Well, after weighing in this morning, I am officially changing the title of my weigh in posts to “Sick & Tired Of It”. I am SICK and TIRED of weighing this much. It’s awful. I WILL lose weight by next weigh in!
Goal: 175 lbs
Last week: 241.5 lbs
This week:

242 lbs!
I’m sick and tired of this! It’s time for war! Here’s the link back to the Ragamuffin Top Challenge.

You can do it! Looking forward to your post next week.
Don’t be discouraged! You can do it. I have a feeling you’re going to work your butt of this week just so you can have an AMAZING post!
Do you have something specific you’re trying to do? Exercise or change food or all of the above? Sometimes just picking one thing at a time makes it a little less overwhelming. At least for me. Can’t wait to see your success next week.
Yeah, I am tackling both the exercise and changing eating habits. I am planning to run each day and eat smaller, more nutritious meals. Thanks everyone for your encouragement through the Ragamuffin Top Challenge! I appreciate it!
Hey Cody Thomasah- haha
You can do it!!! I have been praying for you through this and can I offer you a bit of advice to possibly help you on your way?
1. If you are hungry in between meals, drink a bottle of water, and wait. Sometimes hunger is mistaken for your body’s way of telling you that you are dehydrated.
2. Diet sodas DO make you hungrier….I have personally tested this theory….I have lost more weight drinking the sugar than splenda or aspartame.
3. Try to not eat after 6 or 7 pm. This works for different people, but it has helped me a lot, because towards the evening, your metabolism shuts down, storing whatever you consumed.
Good luck this week!

Dude…if God ever lead you to Georgia…we could be work out partners! Don’t loose heart in this…I really believe that weight can hold you back from being 100% you…full on and unapologetic! Four years ago I weighed 250 pounds and started to realize that I was less ambitious and more negative. I lost 45 pounds over the course of about 8 months and it had such a positive effect. I have gone up some since then…and I am currently trying to work it off…wish you could join me!
Keep trying! You can do it!!! Looking forward to next week!
